Snow Swept Our Minds Away
It snowed and we played, played, played.
Froze our fingers and paws and still played.
The excitement of white, cotton snow swept our minds away.
Anxious only of how much pleasure we could breathe in
before our mama told us we were too cold.
We turned in a moment of indecision, we were numb not cold.
But how can a kid argue with a hot cup of chocolate and a warm fire?

looks like fun!,,, and Julius looks like my Benji does when he comes in from the snow! Those curls REALLy hold onto snow chunks! Benji is a labradoodle, so he is a big fluffy black curly snowballed mess too!

Oh my gosh. I love these pictures of Julius. Coming from California, he is probably thinking, “What in the world!?!” Soooo adorable!
