I freehand drew a big tooth (about 4" tall), cut the shape out of felt, and then cut a small square piece of felt to sew on as a tooth pocket. I'm not very good at sewing so I didn't embellish much beyond that as I'm sure you could! On my oldest child's I did embroider his name. The kids all love their tooth pillows and if I could make one, anybody could!
