This home made heat pack made my evening! I have a pregnant wife at my side who has had alot of back pain recently. This heat Pack did wonders. Thank you so much!

This is an awesome “recipe” for a heat/cold pack. My biggest challenge was which essential oils to chose. No sweat, I will make one pack to keep frozen and one to heat. My son wants to use the fabric from one of his old Star Wars pillow cases to make a “sports pack” (ice pack) that is just his. Thanks so much.

Ezra and I love the one you made for us!!! I haven’t froze it, just heated it. The cold idea is great. I never would have thought of that.

I wish I read this BEFORE I made mine (literally, 30 minutes too late). I made one with some leftover fabric scraps… except that I didn’t put any oils in with the rice.. so every time I heat it up, the dog goes crazy thinking Im cooking something and tries to eat the heat pack off of me!!

And, if anyone has an earache- these are KEY. I made mine because I had an earache… and oh goodness is this helping right now!

Rebekah and Sylvie, make sure you let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified. It is really hard to write instructions out in an understandable fashion…and I think mine are a little lacking. Let me know if you need something explained.
