However I take that kind of book with a grain of salt, as many people could not afford to live that way. I do try to know where my food comes from though. That is what I have been up to lately, planting a HUGE garden and we have our own chickens too. Yes, we have an urban farm for sure. michael- I wish I had some idea of what you are talking about.
