Playing for Change/Peace Through Music

This is pretty neat, to watch these folks from all over the world harmonize, synchronize and play together to produce a seamless chorus, I can’t get over it. The production of it was probably a technological nightmare, but the product of it is a polar opposite delightful dream.

I don’t  subscribe to all the ideas necessarily, however I love the music and vocals, and that I can share wholeheartedly. I know, and I hope you do too that true change can only come through Jesus Christ, not a change in mentality through human effort, but if there is a spiritual change through Christ, then that paired with a physical change would rock this world. Enjoy the music– it is beauty.

  1. I saw Playing for Change on BoingBoing a while back. I liked the music so much, I ordered the CD. If you like the videos available on the internet, I highly recommend the CD. There are quite a some great songs on it. I think my favorites are Don’t Worry and Love Rescue Me. The CD comes with a DVD of all the videos too.

  2. I was looking at the cd, it does look great! Thanks for letting me know about the DVD, way cool.
